Magic Fun Dough Too Sweets Review (RoseArt)

What It Is

Create 12 different Magic Fun Dough sweet treats characters with RoseArt's Magic Fun Dough Too Sweets set. The set comes with three one-ounce tubs of Rose Art's Magic Fun Dough compound and 12 transfers featuring smiley-faced sweet treats including cupcakes, ice cream cones, and donuts. The set also comes with two dough cutters, a water applicator, and a transfer press. The magical and fun part of this set is as it's name suggests the Magic Fun Dough. The non-toxic, wheat-free compound features a more putty-like texture that allows kids to add one of the 12 transfers to the dough.

To apply, fill the water applicator with water, flatten some Magic Fun Dough into a flat smooth surface about 1/4 inch thick, and select your transfer. Peel off the transfer's clear plastic film and apply the transfer face down to the dough like a temporary tattoo. Rub the applicator tip over the design, squeezing gently. Hold the transfer press down on the design for about a minute. Peel back the paper and your transfer is now on the dough. Then use one of the shape cutters to cut out the design. To further animate your Too Sweet characters, add the included arms, legs, crowns, and bows.

Is It Fun?

Magic Fun Dough puts a fun twist on classic dough play and the resulting characters are both cute and encourage additional opportunities for roleplay.

Who It’s For

The Magic Fun Dough Too Sweets set is for ages 4 and up.

What To Be Aware Of

We did have trouble getting some of the transfers to transfer to the dough. Sometimes, it was simply about finding the right combination of water, pressure, and time to transfer the designs. If you do make a mistake, simply roll the dough back up to erase the transfer and start again.

Magic Fun Dough is non-toxic and wheat-free. It is not intended to be eaten or swallowed.

Do not apply the transfers to any surface other than the Magic Fun Dough.
