Cirplexed! is a colorful strategy game for two to six players where players use wooden tiles to create circles that are all one color. The game comes with 90 wooden tiles, but the number of players determines the number of tiles you'll actually use. Place the tiles in the bag, and each player then draws one tile, placing it face up in front of them. This is the starting tile for each player's individual game board. Each player then draws two more tiles. At the same time, players place one tile from their hand so that it touches at least one complete side of a tile on their game board. You want to match colors, if possible. Once all players have placed one tile, everyone draws a new tile, and players continue placing and drawing tiles while trying to form complete single-colored circles. You won't be able to match up every quarter circle on a tile, so frequently, you'll have multi-colored circles. That's where the strategy comes in. When all tiles have been drawn and played, the game ends. Players count the number of complete single-color circles they created, and the player with the most wins.
This is a very easy game to learn and play. It combines color matching with strategic thinking, and it's challenging enough for kids but not too easy for adults, making this a great game for the whole family to play together.
Cirplexed! is for ages 6 and up.
