Octonauts Tweak's Octo Max Suit Review (Fisher-Price)

What It Is

Octonauts Tweak's Octo Max Suit from Fisher-Price is based on the animated preschool series Octonauts, which follows a group of animals on their under-the-sea adventures and missions. It includes a figure of Tweak the Rabbit, which is one of the main characters in the series. But since these critters aren't necessarily made for underwater explorations they wear astronaut-style or scuba-style gear for exploring and protection. Open the helmet and place Tweak inside so he can command the max suit. The suit is poseable so Tweak can be placed in a seated or standing position. It also features different interactive features for preschoolers such as an orange button that when pressed makes one of four different sound effects, such as submarine sounds. Kids can also load the included carrots into Tweak's max suit hand launcher and press the button on its back to launch them one by one. This button is similar to an air-powered rocket launcher and shoots airs to the hand to fire the carrot projectiles. Tweak also comes with a red stingray, which can be held in the max suit's opposite hand claw.

Is It Fun?

For fans of the animated series, this toy is a fun way to bring the action of the show to life. It allows kids to act out their own undersea explorations and rescues with Tweak.

Who It’s For

Octonauts Tweak's Octo Max Suit is for ages 3 and up.

What To Be Aware Of

You will have to twist the carrot launcher so that the bottom carrot is correctly positioned in the center to properly launch.

The carrot projectiles are very tiny and can pose a choking risk to younger children. We suggest keeping this toy away from younger siblings and also keeping a watchful eye on kids on the lower end of the recommended age spectrum.
