Play-Doh Diggin’ Rigs Boomer the Fire Truck Review (Hasbro)

What It Is

Play-Doh Diggin' Rigs Boomer the Fire Truck uses Play-Doh to help kids play out a fire rescue scene. Kids can use the two stamps to create flames and fire extinguishers out of Play-Doh. The bottom of the box also shows kids how to make a fire extinguisher by hand. The fire truck ladder is actually an extruder that "squirts" out Play-Doh water and a mold for making Play-Doh bricks. Remove the mold behind Boomer's eyes and make fire hydrants. Boomer also comes with a plastic fire axe that can be stored on top of the ladder. This playset includes two containers (red and blue) of Play-Doh.

Is It Fun?

This is a fun new way to play with Play-Doh. Kids who love fire trucks and rescue vehicles will have fun playing with this functional truck and building a fire rescue scene out of Play-Doh. There is a lot of potential for creative, open-ended play with Boomer the Fire Truck.
