My First Kenmore Iron Board Set Review (Sears)

What It Is

Little kids always want to mimic what they see mom and dad doing and that includes ironing. And even though knowing how to iron clothes is a good life skill to have, handing a hot iron to a preschooler is not a safe idea. So Sears and Kenmore teamed up to create a line of roleplay toys that give young kids pretend Kenmore items. The My First Kenmore Iron Board Set comes with an ironing board, a basket, two hangers, a spray bottle that can really be filled with water, and a battery-operated iron. When kids press down on the iron, they will hear a noise meant to mimic steam. The iron's dial also makes a clicking sound when turned.

Is It Fun?

This is a fun way for preschoolers to feel just like a grownup with their own ironing board and iron. This realistic roleplay toy will inspire lots of imaginative play.
