LEGO City Cargo Terminal Review (LEGO)

What It Is

The LEGO City: Cargo Terminal from LEGO is a large, 658-piece set that builds a cargo plane, control tower, conveyer belt vehicle, refueling truck and a forklift. There are also five minifigures that include a pilot, controller and three workers.

Is It Fun?

The largest item is the Cargo Plane and it has lots of fun features that kids will love playing with. There are two large doors that open to reveal storage areas and the tail section pivots for more access to the rear storage. The nose of the plane lifts off so kids can play with the characters in the cockpit.

Kids will also have lots of open-ended play with the different vehicles. They can use the forklift to raise heavy crates into the plane or the working conveyer belt for smaller items. They can then fuel it up for takeoff with the refueling truck's hose.

The tower has a rotating radar dish and a swiveling chair for the controller. LEGO even packed some surprises into the crates with 2 of the crates containing all the parts for kids to make another vehicle.
