KRE-O Cityville Invasion Fire Station Dragon Attack Review (Hasbro)

What It Is

KRE-O Cityville Invasion Fire Station Dragon Attack is a 177-piece construction set based on the Cityville Invasion app game. The set lets kids create a scene from the game where the intrepid firefighters of Cityville have to protect themselves from the aliens and the fire-breathing dragon. In addition to the fire station, kids can build a fire truck, the dragon, and four Kreon figures: Johnny Smoke, Sue Flames, Lieutenant Crisp, and a blind figure, which in our set was an alien pretending to be firefighter. The set is compatible with the sonic motion Cityville Invasion sets that are sold separately, and while it includes a motion brick that can be used in one of those sets and attached to a Kreon figure, it can't be used with this set.

Is It Fun?

There's a lot of ingenious design in this, and kids who enjoy construction and the Cityville Invasion game may find it engaging.

Who It’s For

This building set is for construction and Cityville Invasion fans ages 6–12.

What To Be Aware Of

The set also includes a card that Hasbro says will unlock game content, but we were not successful at getting this to scan in the game or work in the app.
