LEGO Star Wars AT-TE Review (LEGO)

What It Is

The LEGO Star Wars: AT-TE is a 794-piece construction set that builds the AT-TE or All Terrain Tactical Enforcer from Star Wars: Attack of the Clones.

The completed walker is over 16-inches long and 11-inches wide.

Is It Fun?

The AT-TE is a walking bunker covered with pivoting cannons and two flick missiles. The whole thing opens up to provide lots of interior space where kids can play or store the Minifigures when not playing. A walker isn't going to do the Republic any good if it can't walk, which is why all the legs on the LEGO model are articulated and moveable. There's also a cockpit that slides open, a ladder in the back and the whole thing can be lifted by the retractable handle on the top.

This LEGO set comes with five minifigures with weapons, including Mace Windu, Coleman Trebor, a clone commander, a Battle Droid and Battle Droid Commander.

Who It’s For

LEGO and Star Wars fans, ages 9 and up.

What To Be Aware Of

It will probably take the average LEGO builder around 3 to 4 hours to complete when following the directions, which are excellent.
