Kids can control their own Mario Kart race just like in the Mario Kart Wii video game with the Mini Radio Control Kart Mario. This full-function 4.5-inch vehicle comes with a radio controller that is also a charger for the vehicle. Just hook up the controller to the kart using the controller's built-in charger cord. It takes about 15 minutes to charge.
To control the kart, press the up button to make the kart go forward and the down button for backward. To turn the kart, press the left or right arrow buttons at the same time as either the up or down button. The remote control will work when it is within a 10-foot range of the vehicle, even if you extend the remote's antenna all the way out.
This R/C vehicle features authentic video game styling that will appeal to fans of Mario Kart Wii. Fans will like creating race scenarios for Mario just like in the video game. We wish that its range was a little bit farther, but kids will get some physical activity in chasing after the kart in order to stay within the 10-foot control range.
Mini Radio Control Kart Mario is for Mario Kart Wii fans ages 8 and up.
Three AA batteries are required but not included.
This R/C toy works best on short carpet and hard, flat surfaces.
Additional Mini Radio Control Karts are available in Luigi, Yoshi, and Donkey Kong. Each is on a different frequency so that multiple kids can race their karts together. Each is sold separately.
