LEGO The Lord of the Rings The Council of Elrond Review (LEGO)

What It Is

Travel to Rivendell and recreate a scene from The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring with the 243-piece The Lord of the Rings The Council of Elrond building set. At the council, Elrond, Arwen, Gimli, and Frodo Baggins minifigures meet to plan the destruction of the One Ring. Place the ring on the podium and have Gimli try to destroy the ring with his axe. Send Gimli flying off the podium with the launch function, just like in the movie. You can also reveal the Eye of Sauron as he draws closer to the ring. This building set features Elven wall arches, a weapon rack, steps, a tree, autumn color leaf elements, three swiveling chairs, a golden Elven sword, a bow, Sting, an axe, and the One Ring. It is compatible with all other LEGO The Lord of the Rings building sets, which are sold separately.

Is It Fun?

We love the detail in this set from the beautiful Elven designs to the built-in action features. This has lots of play features to bring the scene from the movie to life and engage kids in imaginative play. Fans and collectors will enjoy building and playing with this movie-realistic set.
