LEGO Blue Suitcase Review (LEGO)

What It Is

The LEGO Blue Suitcase lets kids bring building fun with them wherever they go. All of the set's 146 pieces can be stored inside the suitcase, complete with a sorting function, when playtime is over, allowing for easy cleanup and transportation. During playtime, kids can build and rebuild the pieces into a gas station with car, a racecar and pit station, a garbage truck, a boat with dock, an outdoor grill, or a truck, and more building ideas with instructions can be found online at The LEGO Blue Suitcase includes two minifigures: a businessman and a mechanic. There is also a sign, dog figure, and assorted accessories.

Is It Fun?

The LEGO Blue Suitcase comes with lots of pieces and lots of building ideas to engage kids in imaginative play. There are so many ways to build with this set, and kids aren't limited to what is shown in the instruction booklet. They can use their imaginations to build however and whatever they want. This set can be added to other LEGO building sets for more building possibilities.

Who It’s For

The LEGO Blue Suitcase is for ages 4–8. It will appeal to kids who like building and like a little bit more open-ended, imaginative construction play.

What To Be Aware Of

It took us 15 minutes to build the gas station with car. Depending on what model you choose to build and your building skill, your building time may vary. No matter how long it takes you to build, remember that building is part of the fun and play of LEGO.
