Positively Perfect Dolls Review (World of EPI)

What It Is

Positively Perfect Dolls are unique multicultural dolls designed to inspire positive self-esteem and show beauty in diversity. Each doll represents positive statements, such as I am proud, I am smart, and I am beautiful. World of EPI says it designed the dolls to fill a void in the marketplace for products that truly and accurately represent the likeness of multicultural youth.

The Positively Perfect Doll characters include Beautiful Brianna, Darling Dayna, and Marvelous Maria. Each 14-inch doll has hair that can be washed, moussed, and blown dry. The hair will also retain curls. The soft-bodied dolls have plastic heads, arms, and legs. Each doll comes with a brush and retails for about $14.

Additional Positively Perfect items include Brianna's little sister Bathtime Angela. This 10-inch soft-bodied doll comes with a pretend lotion bottle, powder bottle, towel, pacifier, and teddy bear. The doll retails for about $9.

The Baby Twins Gift Set includes two 12-inch dolls: Angela and Aaliyah. The soft-bodied dolls come with pastel-colored bodysuits, blankets, an extra outfit, and teddy bears. This set retails for $13.

There is also the Beautiful Brianna Styling Head with a variety of hair accessories, including a blow dryer, brush, comb, colorful hair extensions, hair ties, and more. It retails for about $13.

There is also a sub-brand in the Positively Perfect line called Diva, which includes three 18-inch vinyl dolls: Zair, Abrielle, and Diana. Each doll is sold separately and retails for $19.

Is It Fun?

The Positively Perfect Doll line is perfect for girls who want dolls that look more like them. While the dolls celebrate diversity, they are also fun to play with, giving kids lots of opportunities for nurturing play, hair play, and fashion play.
