No Speed Limit is a fast-paced domino game, but instead of matching the number of circles on tiles, players match images. One tile is placed in the playing area. The other tiles are dealt to the players. Someone calls out "No speed limit!" and the action starts as everyone attempts to match tiles from their hand to tiles on the table. Images on the tiles include everything from basketballs and footballs to snails, french fries, and sunglasses. Every time a player places a tile down, the more matching possibilities open up. The first player to get rid of all his tiles wins.
There are three levels of play. The game comes with 49 red tiles, which are the most difficult level. But nine red tiles have a blue back side. These blue tiles are for beginner play. Twenty-five of the red tiles have a green back side, which is for intermediate play. All the tiles can be stored in the game tin. No Speed Limit is for two to four players.
This game reminds us of dominoes and the card game Spit. The gameplay is fast-paced, and kids will like that everyone gets to play at the same time. Because there are three different levels, the game can be played by the whole family and tailored to ages and skill levels.
No Speed Limit is for ages 4 and up.
We think the only difference between the colored tiles is the number of them. The red level is harder because there are so many cards to get rid of, while the blue level is easier because there are only nine cards to play with.
