Puzzle Match Game combines puzzles with memory games. Rather than searching for two identical images, kids must find two halves of a whole image, such as the bottom and top of a seahorse. Lay all 24 pieces face-down. Players take turns turning over two pieces, trying to complete pictures. When all pictures have been found, the player with the most complete pictures wins the game. Once the 24 pieces have formed the 12 individual pictures, the 12 pictures can be assembled to complete a full-sized puzzle. The game comes with 24 puzzle pieces and instructions. It is for one or more players.
This is a unique take on traditional memory games. Puzzle Match Game gets kids using problem-solving skills as they think about what makes up a complete animal. Putting the pieces together helps children with fine motor skills, and, of course, the game still requires children to use memory skills. And when not playing the game, kids can assemble the pieces like a traditional puzzle.
Puzzle Match Game is for ages 3 and up.
