Waboba Balls Review (Waboba)

What It Is

The Waboba Surf and Waboba Pro balls can bounce on water. To do so, throw the ball at an angle to make it bounce one or two times. The balls can also be played in a pool game where two teams pass a ball to each other. A pass must bounce on the water before being caught. The first team to three points (rounds) wins. Kids can find more information and games on waboba.com. The Waboba Surf ball retails for about $8.99, while the Waboba Pro ball retails for $9.99.

Is It Fun?

Whether skipping it on the water, throwing it, or bouncing it back and forth, the Waboba Surf and Waboba Pro balls offer fun and exercise in the pool. Kids will think it's really cool when the balls bounce on top of the water.

Who It’s For

There is no age grading on the packaging for either ball, but Waboba says that the Waboba Surf and Waboba Pro balls are suitable for ages 10 and up.

What To Be Aware Of

The Waboba Balls are made for water use only. Bouncing against hard surfaces may harm the ball. The balls are not to be used as toys for pets.

There are several other types of Waboba Balls, including the H2O, Ambicatch, Extreme Ball, and Blast Ball. Each is sold separately.
