LEGO City Forest Police Station Review (LEGO)

What It Is

The LEGO City Forest Police Station is a 633-piece set that lets kids build a forest police headquarters building, a 4x4, a helicopter, and an ATV. The story behind this building set is that the forest police have to catch the robbers and lock them up. Because this is a forest setting, the building set comes with some trees and a bear figure. Minifigures include two forest policemen, two robbers, and a helicopter pilot. Accessories include moveable rocks, a tree, two gold bars, two money bills, a suitcase, a crowbar, handcuffs, binoculars, flashlight, two walkie-talkies, and a pickaxe. The police headquarters includes a watchtower, a satellite dish, a cell with three beds, a removable mailbox, and a safe.

Is It Fun?

All the great detail in the LEGO City Forest Police Station building set lets kids build and play out an action-packed police chase. The set makes a great addition to other LEGO City building sets, but it's also a lot of fun on its own.

Who It’s For

The LEGO City Forest Police Station is for ages 6–12.

It will appeal to LEGO players who like the building and open-ended play the set inspires.

What To Be Aware Of

The LEGO City Forest Police Station may have a lot of pieces, but it is pretty easy to put together because it comes with step-by-step instructions that divide the building up into six different submodels. The pieces are divided into six bags and each bag has its own assembly booklet. Don't mix the pieces from the bags together or building will be confusing.
