LEGO Ninjago Rattlecopter Review (LEGO)

What It Is

The LEGO Ninjago Rattlecopter is a 327-piece set that lets kids play out a new chapter in the Ninjago epic. The story behind this building set is that Lord Garmadon's son Lloyd is getting away with the golden Constrictai staff, until he gets cornered by Fang-Suei, a fearsome soldier of the Fangpyre snake tribe. Kids help Kai swoop in on his jetpack to snatch the staff and rescue Lloyd. To do all this, kids will build a helicopter with the face of a snake. The Rattlecopter features a mini snake bomb function (You can launch the mini snakes from it.), four flick missiles, rotating blades, an opening cockpit, and two snake spinner crowns. Accessories include the Constrictai staff, two mini snakes, a jetpack, two golden ninja daggers, and a thunderbolt dagger. The set comes with three minifigures: Kai ZX, Lloyd Garmadon, and Fang-Suei.

Is It Fun?

The LEGO Ninjago Rattlecopter building set provides lots of building fun for Ninjago fans. This is a great addition to a kid's Ninjago collection that offers tons of open-ended play.

Who It’s For

The LEGO Ninjago Rattlecopter is for ages 8–14.

What To Be Aware Of

Once built, the Rattlecopter measures more than 10 inches long and nine inches wide.

The set comes with a step-by-step assembly booklet. The pieces come in two bags. First you build with bag one and then you build with bag two. Don't mix the pieces from each bag together or building will be confusing. No matter how long it takes you to build, remember that building is part of the fun of LEGO.
