Jeep Wrangler Mud Slinger R/C Review (New Bright Toys)

What It Is

The Jeep Wrangler Mud Slinger R/C is a full-function radio-control car. It is in the style of a Jeep Wrangler, complete with large tires. Using the two toggles on the remote control, kids can steer the car forward, backward, left, and right. The car comes with a battery charger with rechargeable battery, transmitter, battery compartment cover, and two antenna tubes.

Is It Fun?

The Jeep Wrangler Mud Slinger R/C combines big size and value with basic radio-control driving play. The R/C controller is easy for even the youngest kids to use. The car has good speed and is relatively easy to steer. The learning curve on it is comparable with other R/C cars out there. This is definitely for kids who want a big car that is powerful and fast.

Who It’s For

The Mud Slinger R/C is for ages 8 and up.

What To Be Aware Of

The included 9.6V rechargeable battery pack is not charged prior to shipment and must be charged before the first use. It takes eight hours to fully charge on the initial two charges. Subsequent charges require only four hours of charging time. The charge will last approximately 15 minutes of continual run-time, depending on terrain and driving style. That translates into about 30-45 minutes of play between charges.

The Mud Slinger R/C also requires the use of 2 AA batteries. Those are included.

Adults will need to assemble the vehicle and transmitter antennas.
