The Chill Factory Ice Cream Maker is an easy, no-mess way to make ice cream in just a few minutes. It comes with an Ice Cream Maker Cone cup, an Ice Cream Maker lid, an Ice Cream Maker straw/spoon, a recipe guide, and instructions. Remove the lid from the Ice Cream Maker and place the cone cup in the freezer for four to six hours or until it's frozen. For best results, make sure your freezer is set at its lowest temperature setting. Once frozen, remove the cone cup from the freezer and measure and mix your chilled ingredients in the lid. Pour them into the cone cup, screw the lid onto the cup, and shake for a few seconds to mix the ingredients. Remove the lid and then squeeze the cone cup to create soft serve ice cream. The more you squeeze, the thicker your ice cream will get. The Chill Factory Ice Cream Maker is available in chocolate delight (brown) or vanilla pink (pink) color schemes. Each is sold separately.
Kids will definitely enjoy squeezing the cup and watching the liquid turn into soft serve ice cream. However, our ice cream was still a little soupy, and the strawberry ice cream we made tasted okay. You might need to experiment with the ingredients to achieve your desired ice cream consistency and flavor.
The Chill Factory Ice Cream Maker is for ages 5 and up with adult supervision.
Some of the ice cream recipes call for table cream, which is basically light cream.
Do not place the cup in the dishwasher or microwave. You'll need to wash the cup and all the other accessories by hand.
