What It Is

The LEGO Friends are going back to school and off to high school with the new LEGO Friends: Heartlake High building set. Once built, this buildable school features classrooms for art, science, and music, a cafeteria, lockers, and a bathroom. There is also a picnic bench for students to use to work outside and a basketball net with a ball. The set comes with three LEGO Friends figures: Stephanie, Matthew, and Ms. Stevens, as well as additional accessories. In the art and music room there is an easel with picture a table with flowers and a bowl of fruit for still life painting, a music stand with sheet music, and a guitar mounted on the wall. The science room features two buildable desks, a telescope, microscope, books, blackboard, and a beaker.

Is It Fun?

With this 487 piece set, LEGO fans can expect a lot of great detailing to continue to build out the LEGO Friends world of Heartlake city and build upon the LEGO Friends experience. Each of the included accessories adds additional play value to the set. With multiple scenes build into the school, it is also a playset that offers some great settings for open-ended and imaginative play.

What To Be Aware Of

This set took us 45 minutes to assemble. The instructions were very easy to follow. No matter how long it takes you to build, remember that building is part of the fun and play of LEGO.
