KEVA Wrecking Ball Set Review (MindWare)

KEVA Wrecking Ball Set
What It Is

Kids are fascinated by videos of wrecking balls slamming into buildings, but until now, they've never been able to be in charge of the destruction. The KEVA Wrecking Ball Set includes all the pieces kids need to create this wooden structure with a soft wrecking ball as well as extra wooden pieces for stacking and creating structures to knock down. (You can probably use this on almost any building set, too.) Kids can change the length on the string and experiment with basic physics principles, such as force and momentum.

Is It Fun?

As much as kids love to build things, they love to destroy them even more. (And of course build everything again.) The process of putting this together and playing with it will give kids a rudimentary understanding of structural mechanics. But kids will also have a terrific time smashing things up.

Who It’s For

The KEVA Wrecking Ball Set is for ages 10 and up.

What To Be Aware Of

The instructions are easy to follow, but you're going to need to set aside some time to get it all together. When building, you're also going to have to wait overnight for the glue to dry as you put the different pieces together. Some adult assistance may be useful as kids put this together.
