Magic Jinn Review (Hasbro Games)

What It Is

Magic Jinn from Hasbro Games is a single player game that is like 20 Questions but in the form of a blue and orange genie cat that only answers questions about animals. Start the guessing game by pressing Jinn's nose to turn him on. Jinn will walk you through the directions and then it's up to you to think of an animal. Jinn will ask a series of questions such as "Does the animal have scales? Does it live in the forest? Is it larger than a microwave?" You can answer Jinn with a simple "Yes" or "No" but it's also okay if you don't know because Jinn will also accept "I don't know" and "It depends." Stump Magic Jinn to win the game.

Is It Fun?

Like 20 Questions, the game is fast-paced and because it focuses solely on animals, questions that are easy enough for kids to answer. Kids will love trying to stump Jinn and when Jinn does get it right it will only make kids want to try to out smart him again. Plus, it might even encourage your child to find facts about a new animal just to stump Magic Jinn.

Who It’s For

Magic Jinn is for ages 6 and up.

What To Be Aware Of

If you realize after answering that you answered incorrectly simply say "Go back" to return to the previous question.

A Magic Jinn version that only asks questions about food and drinks is also available. Each is sold separately.
