Stroll-to-Ride Trike Review (Fisher-Price)

What It Is

The Stroll-to-Ride Trike goes from a stroller to a tricycle. This three-in-one item becomes a tricycle by removing and adjusting some of the parts with the included tools. It starts off as a stroller that parents can push using the telescoping parent handle. The stroller features a protective sun canopy, padded head rest and seat, three-point safety harness, arm rest, and handlebars. To convert the stroller to a parent-assisted trike, remove the seat, canopy, and handrest bar to let the child get the feel of riding a tricycle without having to pedal. Parents will still use the parent handle to push their child along. Once the child is ready, remove the parent handle, fold back the foot rest, and engage the pedal clutch. Now the child can ride the tricycle on his or her own.

The Stroll-to-Ride Trike features a storage bucket and bag for toys, books, or snacks as well as a drink holder. It is available in a pink bunny or green lion version. Each is sold separately.

Is It Fun?

We love that the Stroll-to-Ride Trike grows with the child, making this a product that will last a few years. It has the convenience of a stroller for parents and younger children, but as kids get older, they can learn to pedal and eventually use the Stroll-to-Ride Trike as a tricycle.

Who It’s For

The Stroll-to-Ride Trike is for ages 10 months–3 years. There is a 38-pound weight limit.
