Minnie's Flipping Fun Kitchen Review (Just Play)

What It Is

Minnie's Flipping Fun Kitchen comes with lots of accessories and surprises. The frying pan has a special spatula attached to it so kids can easily flip the pretend Mickey-shaped pancake. Place the frying pan on either of the two stovetop burners to hear cooking sound effects and Minnie phrases. (There are buttons on each burner that need to be pressed down in order for the sounds to play. Gentle pressure of the frying pan on top of the buttons will activate the sounds.) The pretend kitchen also includes a sink area, but with the touch of a Mickey-shaped button, the sink flips over and becomes a cutting board. Press another Mickey-shaped button to make the dish rack flip up and reveal a milkshake maker. Press the button on the milkshake maker to make the mixer stick spin back and forth. There is also a spinning recipe wheel with all of Minnie's favorite recipes, a Lazy Susan, a pretend ice maker, an opening and closing oven door, a clock with moveable hands, clicking oven knobs, and more than 10 Minnie-inspired accessories and utensils. The Lazy Susan can fold down when not in use.

Is It Fun?

Pretend kitchens allow kids to engage in their own versions of activities they see mom or dad doing. Minnie's Flipping Fun Kitchen lets preschoolers pretend to be chefs in their own kitchen while interacting with a favorite Disney character. Kids will like hearing Minnie talk to them and easily changing up the kitchen with a flip.
