LEGO Monster Fighters Ghost Train Review (LEGO)

What It Is

The new LEGO Monster Fighters Ghost Train is part of the Monster Fighters line from LEGO. In this 741-piece set, the ghouls are getting away with the precious moonstone on the Ghost Train. Help Frank Rock and Ann Lee chase down the ghouls in their acrobatic airplane, which has rescue and stunt features such as flick missiles, a vacuum weapon, and spinning propellers.

The Ghost Train features a highly imaginative design, glow-in-the-dark elements, wings on the cars that move with the train, and a jail cell for captives.

The set comes with five minifigures: Frank Rock, Ann Lee, and three glow-in-the-dark ghosts.

Is It Fun?

The line is based on classic monsters characters with an all-new narrative twist that will engage kids and inspire open-ended narrative play.

Who It’s For

The LEGO Monster Fighters Ghost Train is for ages 8–14.

What To Be Aware Of

This set took an expert LEGO builder three hours to complete, but instructions are clear and easy to follow.

There are a lot of little pieces, so patience or adult assistance for younger builders is needed.
