Discover n Grow Crib to Floor Mobile Review (Fisher-Price)

What It Is

The Discover 'n Grow Crib-to-Floor Mobile is a cute way to soothe baby to sleep when he or she is in the crib and to entertain baby during playtime on the floor. The mobile plays up to 20 minutes of music and has six soft ocean friends that spin overhead. It attaches to a crib using the included attachment strap and strings. When attached to the crib, parents can also remove the mobile arm (you'll need a screwdriver) and just use the main part as a crib soother. The hanging mobile toys can be removed and inserted into the bottom of the soother.

If you want to use the mobile on the floor, remove the item from the crib and attach the base with mobile arm to the floor base. The hanging toys can either be put back on the mobile or slipped into the slots on the front of the floor base so they are within a baby's reach. Also within a baby's reach are three spinning toys on the soother base. Another way to play on the floor is to remove the mobile arm, attach the hanging toys to the floor base, and use the floor base and soother for tummy-time play.

There are two volume settings and two types of music: the playful and nature setting will only play for a short time, but the soothing music setting will play for longer. Parents can also choose to have music playing with the mobile moving or just music with no mobile moving.

Why Is It Useful?

The Discover 'n Grow Crib-to-Floor Mobile can be used in so many ways, making it a versatile product that is convenient for parents and entertaining for babies. The spinning toys and music are designed to enhance a baby's hearing and visual skills. The spinning toys on the front of the soother base help babies with fine motor skills.
