The Fisher-Price DC Super Friends Batman Ride 2 Scoot starts off as a ride-on toy for toddlers and easily converts into a four-wheeled scooter for preschoolers. In either mode, kids can listen to Batman sound effects and phrases whenever they press the red button on the front.
This will engage young Batman fans in lots of imaginative play as they ride or scoot around and pretend to take on the bad guys just like the Caped Crusader. It's also a nice way to help toddlers with gross motor skills and introduce preschoolers to riding a scooter.
The Fisher-Price DC Super Friends Batman Ride 2 Scoot is for ages 1-4. The maximum weight limit is 44 pounds.
Two AA batteries are included for the in-store try-me features, and it's recommended that you replace them before you play for best results.
Adult assembly is required, and while we didn't have any trouble putting it together, we found that you really have to pay attention to the written instructions and the pictures, otherwise it can be confusing. You'll also need a screwdriver and a hammer, which are not included.
This riding toy has two volume levels, and kids can also ride with the sound off.
When kids are riding, it's always recommended that they wear protective gear and have adult supervision.
