The Hebug Zombie Larva from Innovation First brings a new theme and innovation to the high-tech line of creepy crawlers. This bug features a life-like slithering movement and reacts to the environment around it, such as sensing a roadblock and moving in a different direction. Flip the switch on the underside of the bug to turn it on and off. Its infrared "eye" on the front of the bug emits a light pulse to detect if there is something in its way. And what differentiates this one from previous Hexbugs is that it glows in the dark. Dim the lights and all you'll see is its "zombie" skeleton slithering toward you.
For kids who love real-life creepy crawlers, Hexbugs is a great substitute. Innovation First continues to reinvent these high-tech bugs in new ways, and we think kids will love the added glow-in-the-dark fun of these toys.
The Hebug Zombie Larva is for ages 8 and up, but will also appeal to younger children as well.
Additional critters in the Zombie Hexbugs line include the Zombie Scarab and the Zombie Aquabot. Each is sold separately.
