Nerf FireVision Sports Baseball Review (Hasbro)

Nerf FireVision Sports Baseball
What It Is

The Nerf FireVision Sports Baseball set comes with two balls, a pair of FireVision Frames, and a baseball bat. The balls are similar to Wiffle balls but a little heavier. When you wear the FireVision Frames and turn them on, you'll be able to see light on the balls and bat so that you can play baseball even in low-light conditions. Hasbro says the FireVision Frames work within a 100-foot range of the bat and balls.

Is It Fun?

We like most of the Nerf FireVision items, but we had problems with this one. Yes, you can see the light on the balls and bat, but your head has to be angled in a specific way for it to work effectively. If you move your head up or down too much, you won't be able to see the light. However, the bat and balls are good on their own. Because of the weight of the balls, you'll be able to get some curve and they do fly pretty far. There might still be a learning curve when it comes to throwing specific pitches, such as sinkers or curveballs.

Who It’s For

The Nerf FireVision Sports Baseball set is for ages 6 and up.
