OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

Even the youngest kids can race Hot Wheels thanks to the Little People Hot Wheels Racing Loops Tower. This stunt-tastic racing set plays more than 50 sounds and tunes, plus has built-in play areas for giving the cars a tune-up when they're not racing.

The set comes with two race cars, but there are actually three tracks, and additional racers are sold separately. From the middle track, kids can choose to launch a car through the ring of fire or rotate the diverter to send the car down the blue spiral. From the two outer orange tracks, kids will launch the cars through the loops for some crash-tastic action. Whoever makes it out first is the winner!

Every time kids lift the launcher lever, they'll hear different music and racing sound effects.

When racetime is over, take the race cars to the car wash or give them a tune-up at the gas station.

Is It Fun?

This Hot Wheels playset has great action for little kids. Everything is sized right for their small hands, and the sound effects and music enhance the imaginative play. We like that it comes with two cars for racing action right out of the box and that there are three ways to race.

Who It’s For

The Little People Hot Wheels Racing Loops Tower is for ages 1.5 to 5.

What To Be Aware Of

Adult assembly is required, and it takes about 15 minutes to set up. Some of the track pieces were a little hard to snap together, but overall, the process was pretty easy.

Two AA batteries are required but not included.
