Last summer, TTPM got to review the X-Shot Fast-Fill Micro and Epic Water Blasters. And this summer, we're checking out the regular Fast-Fill, a medium-sized water blaster that is still easy to fill.
This white, blue, orange, and green water blaster holds 24 ounces of water and can blast up to 34 feet. All you do to fill is open up the back and pour in water or dunk the whole blaster in a pool. It's a pump-action water blaster, so just push the green handle forward and pull back to blast.
This water blaster fits in nicely to the Fast-Fill line, offering kids a traditional blaster that holds a lot of water and is easy to refill during a water blaster battle. We also like that the see-through sides show you how much water is left so you're never left guessing or left defenseless. In our testing, this blasted between 27 and 30 feet, so not that far off from what the package says. However, it does require a bit of force for the pump action, so we think this will be easier for older kids to use.
The X-Shot Fast-Fill is for ages 5 and up. Younger kids may not have the arm strength to easily pump this blaster.
The line also includes Epic and Micro water blasters.
