Disney Frozen 2 Elsa and Anna's Transformation Dolls Review (Hasbro)

Disney Frozen 2 Elsa and Anna's Transformation Dolls
What It Is

Frozen 2 is still as popular as ever with the Anna's Queen Transformation and Elsa's Transformation dolls from Hasbro! Both which are sold separately.

Elsa and Anna come dressed in their movie-inspired finale gown and, with kids' help, they can make a costume change into their movie-inspired travel outfits. And each doll comes with 2 pairs of shoes; boots and heels. Two unique hair styles are also included that will allow children to change up the hairdo. There are only 3-points of articulation on each figure and the brackets under the dresses are not removable.

Check out the included instructions sheet to see how your kid can transform the doll's dresses in several steps. Now, I should mention that we had some confusion with the instruction guide. Step 7 instructs you to clip on the outfit in order to get the gowns to pop open in an umbrella, but that's not the case. You cannot add the clip-on dress and have their dresses pop open. Though the instructions make it seem like you do, it won't work. If you look at the photos on the instruction sheet you will see that the dress in step 10 is the finale gown dresses, NOT the travel outfits.

Once kids are ready for the transformation and complete the steps- they'll be delighted at the last step when, like an umbrella, the dresses pop open! Elsa and Anna transition from gorgeous royal looks to ready for adventure gals!

Is It Fun?

The transformation is unique and fun. Two clothing options available. Styling the hair without needed extra ties is nice.

Who It’s For

Fans of the Disney's Frozen 2 movie will love this toy as a birthday gift or holiday present for imagining awesome transformations with a favorite character. With two different clothing options, they can play out more scenarios with these characters and storylines from the movie.

What To Be Aware Of

The dolls have very restricted articulation. The brackets under the dresses can't be removed and the instructions listed are wrong which can be frustrating.
