Mealtime Magic Maya Review (Spin Master)

Mealtime Magic Maya
What It Is

Each Mealtime Magic Maya comes with one interactive bottle/soother, one interactive spoon, and one food tray. Maya has gorgeous big hazel eyes and is dolled up in a pink hearted top, blue shorts, and blue head band. With over 70 realistic sounds and phrases, she is so lifelike. Maya calls out to you when she's hungry, opens her mouth to say "ahh" when she's ready to eat, and reacts to the foods you feed her, just like a real baby! She can open and close her eyes and moves her mouth!

Now Maya isn't called Mealtime Magic Maya for nothing! With smart spoon technology, scoop food from the double-sided food tray, and the spoon will light up the same color! Choose from 10 different foods, including strawberries, lemon, peas, carrots, and more. You can even dip the spoon into 2 different foods to create fun food combinations for Maya to try. Find out her likes and dislikes! Kids will have fun discovering all of Maya's exciting expressions and reactions as you feed her. Scoop the food and bring the smart spoon to her mouth! Will you get a yum or yuck reaction? Will she stick her tongue out?

You can burp her after feeding by gently patting her back. Tickle her and she responds to your touch with sweet baby giggles! Maya loves to play Bouncy Baby too- bounce her up and down to make her giggle, and if she's feeling extra playful, she may even blow a raspberry at you! Maya also has an interactive 2-in-1 bottle and pacifier. Feed her and she really suckles on it, or soothe her - the bottle's top comes off, becoming a pacifier!

To get her to sleep make sure she is on her back, rock her back and forth and her eyes will close. Eventually, you'll hear her snore, if you press on her chest button you can even hear her heartbeat! After about one minute of snoring, the doll will enter low power sleep mode.

And I almost forgot! There's also a switch to have Maya speak from English to French! Oui Oui!

Is It Fun?

Love the realistic facial movements and sounds. The sticking out of the tongue is new and refreshing. The interactive accessories are a plus and the dual language is great for kids to explore and learn!
