OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

No matter which cats you like, there's a way to play with them all in the 44 Cats toy line. Based on the animated series, kids can play out the adventures of The Buffycats, the musical cat group on the show.

Collect the whole Buffycats gang with figure and musical instrument two-packs. Meatball is the keyboard player, and this poseable figure comes with a blue keyboard. Pilou is the drummer, and her moving arms can pretend to bang her drum set. Lampo sings and plays guitar in the band, and Milady sings and plays bass. Both Lampo and Milady come with a guitar and microphone.

Each cat also has his or her own special place inside the Clubhouse. Collect and build out your own Clubhouse world with different playsets and poseable three-inch figures. Milady's Place includes stickers for decorating. The chair in Lampo's Place moves when you slide the fish. And at Pilou's Place, the pinwheels really spin.

And the cats need some way to get around, so kids can also collect the vehicles from the series, such as The Rolling Boat & Meatball, a wagon with a picnic tablecloth as a roof and a poseable Meatball figure. When you push Milady's Car around, the propeller spins. And there's space behind the wheel for the Milady figure. Lampo's Motorcycle has big wheels that really roll and space for the Lampo figure to sit.

Is It Fun?

Fans of the series will definitely think it's fun to collect their favorite cats and play out all sorts of adventures. We like that the toy line includes vehicles, playsets, and the band's musical instruments so that kids can build out the whole 44 Cats world at home. These figures will inspire lots of imaginative play.
