OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

Colors of the World is a 24 pack of crayons that are meant to represent the skin tones of people around the world. In the past, when kids or adults were coloring, they had a very limited choice of colors, often leaving their drawings of family, friends or anyone else with skin tones that didn't look realistic. Colors of the World changes all of that, with the opportunity to color realistic skin tones.

I also like that they chose to name the colors, which could have been controversial. All of the colors are variations of Almond, Golden, and Rose. A few of the color names include medium almond, light rose, extra deep golden, deepest almond, very deep rose, very light almond & medium golden. Kids can now match their own tones and have a name to remember that crayon.

Is It Fun?

These finally allow kids to color in realistic skin tones.
