OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

Get ready for a musical adventure with the StoryBots and the Fisher-Price lineup of StoryBots toys, featuring musical instruments, electronic plush, and basic figures. Each is sold separately.

Rock out with Beep and explore the alphabet with the StoryBots A to Z Rock Star Guitar. It's got two musical play modes so that kids can explore letters and phonics sounds through songs and silly sounds. Two buttons on the front let you select the mode, and then strum the strings or pull down the whammy bar for learning songs and fun sounds. The strap makes it comfortable for kids to wear.

For more music fun, the StoryBots Songbook plays songs about dinosaurs, planets, and the human body with each turn of the page. Kids will like rocking out as they "read" along with their StoryBots friends. And when they press the three light-up buttons, they'll hear fun facts, phrases, and more tunes. A handle on top makes it easy to take this toy on the go.

Kids can practice writing alongside favorite characters with the StoryBots Slide Writer. This magnetic drawing tablet has movable letter tiles, print guidelines, and an attached stylus pen. Slide the tiles around to make a word, then use the pen and guidelines on the screen to write the word letter by letter. When you're ready for another word, just erase the screen and start again. Or use the StoryBots stencil to draw your favorite Bots.

Snuggle and cuddle with a favorite StoryBots character with the Shapes with Bo Plush. The six-inch purple bot has soft fur, and when you press its belly, you'll hear character phrases and songs about shapes.

And play out the adventures from the TV show with the StoryBots Figure Pack. You get five figures of all the StoryBots characters: Beep, Bing, Bang, Bo, and Boop. Each figure features poseable arms for more realistic action.

Is It Fun?

Fans of the TV show will like playing and singing with the StoryBots characters through these toys. We like that there's a variety of toys in the lineup, from basic figures to the electronic guitar, giving kids many ways to be part of the StoryBots world off the TV screen.
