EDITOR'S REVIEW
OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is
In this review, we feature four toys from The Mandalorian, including The Child, who Star Wars fans have affectionately named Baby Yoda. There's six available vinyl figures in The Bounty Collection, all featuring The Child. The Talking Plush has ten different baby sounds and also comes with his bowl and a frog to eat. The poseable figure has some articulation but is really for display. The Black Series is Hasbro's high end collectible series and features The Child in scale, which is very small.
Is It Fun?
These toys are meant mainly for collectors and are well done. The Black Series figure is highly detailed for a very small figure. We really liked the uniqueness of The Bounty Collection. The talking plush brings our 50 year old baby to life with baby noises. The poseable figure was our least favorite, as only the head and arms move. It's really another display piece.
Who It’s For
These collectibles are for fans of Star Wars The Mandalorian and especially The Child.
What To Be Aware Of
These toys are really for collectors and more for display for the love of Baby Yoda. We also keep expecting Yoda's voice out of The Child, forgetting that he's a baby.
