It's fun to brush right with BriteBrush. Through lights, games, and music, BriteBrush makes it fun to brush your teeth twice a day, and its smart sensors also encourage correct brushing technique.
The BriteBrush GameBrush features seven games with lights, sounds, and music to make the two-minute teeth-brushing experience fun and engaging for kids ages 5 and up. And while kids are playing and brushing, the smart sensors guide and reward correct brushing and changing sides. Choose from a practice mode to work on technique or Space Attack, Soccer Pinball, Dance Star, Punch Master, Race Car Rally, Rockstar Jam, and Arcade Legends games. Each game has four sections, and the goal is to brush so well that you collect all 10 stars. Brushing up and down or in small circles will keep the games going. The games only last one minute, so kids will need to play two games in order to brush for the amount of time recommended by dentists.
The BriteBrush Baby Shark brush features three modes with lights, sounds, and the "Baby Shark" song to make brushing fun for younger kids ages 3 and up. This version also includes a practice mode, but preschoolers can also choose to play a Treasure Hunt Game or just brush while listening to the Baby Shark song. Again, there are four sections to each game, and the better kids brush, the more stars they'll earn. The Baby Shark song and Treasure Hunt Game only last one minute, so it's recommended that kids play twice to get the recommended two minutes of brushing.
After brushing, both BriteBrushes feature a parent check light to let Mom and Dad know how well their child brushed. Three different colored lights indicate incomplete, good effort, or complete.
With each BriteBrush, two brush heads are included, and both feature soft bristles to be gentle on teeth and gums.
It's so important to teach kids good dental hygiene from a young age. Sure, they're going to lose their baby teeth eventually, but the health of their baby teeth can impact the health of their adult teeth. While there have been music-playing toothbrushes before, BriteBrush makes the experience more interactive through the gameplay.
There will be a learning curve, especially for the younger kids. In our testing with a 4-year-old, the toothbrush didn't register her movements, so a parent had to help out. The Baby Shark toothbrush, which is for ages 3 and up, is also a fairly big toothbrush when compared to similar toddler/preschool toothbrushes. Older kids who already have the technique down but need some reinforcement to make proper brushing a habit will get the most benefit from a BriteBrush. They'll like the variety of games and trying to beat their best scores.
The BriteBrush Baby Shark brush is for ages 3 and up, although parental assistance will still be required for the youngest kids. The BriteBrush GameBrush says it's for ages 3 and up, but it's really more ideal for kids ages 5 and up.
Each BriteBrush comes with a handle, two brush heads, and two AAA batteries. Both toothbrushes will need to be taken out of Try-Me mode, and to do this, turn on the brush and start brushing. The next time you use the brush, you'll have access to the full menu of games.
The toothbrushes do have volume control.
This is not an electronic toothbrush. This is a manual toothbrush with electronic features.
