OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

Send your Hot Wheels race cars in a head-to-head challenge with Hot Wheels Monster Trucks with the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Epic Loop Challenge. This dual-lane track set sends both vehicles around the loop, but only one can land victorious in the trophy cup.

For racing right out of the box, the set includes a Twin Mill race car and a Twin Mill Monster Truck. Both of these vehicles are shiny green with silver and black accents. Of course, the monster truck has large rugged wheels, and it has really cool movement for crashing and smashing action off of the track set.

Load both vehicles in their respective lanes, press down on the skull lever to prepare them, and then press the yellow button to launch. There's a yellow handlebar that kids can hold to keep the track set steady when launching. Watch the cars speed through the loop and see which one lands in the trophy cup. You might have to experiment with the cup's distance from the loop to see what works best for the vehicles. And you might find that both vehicles land in the cup or neither vehicle does. Just keep launching and tally up which vehicle lands the most to determine a winner.

The trophy cup attaches to the playset when playtime is over.

Is It Fun?

It's really cool to see a track set for the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks, taking their play from the crashing and smashing to racing. And kids will love being able to play with their Hot Wheels cars and trucks at the same time. The action is fun to watch, meaning kids will be doing it over and over again.

Who It’s For

The Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Epic Loop Challenge Playset is for ages 4 to 8. Kids who love racing and monster trucks will enjoy the cool action of this set.

What To Be Aware Of

Adult assembly is required, and additional vehicles are sold separately.

The only thing that might be a little difficult for younger kids to do is pressing down on the skull to ready the launcher. It requires a bit of force.

Additional Hot Wheels Monster Trucks sets can be attached to the sides of this playset, and those are sold separately.
