The new collectible line of Prima Sugarinas will give you a sugar rush. That's because the 25 spinning ballerinas in the collection all have a sweet theme: cookies, gummies, donuts, lollipops, cupcakes, and mints. But it's a surprise as to which ballerina you're getting. Each one comes packaged up in a plastic candy wrapper container. The container hides the ballerina inside and also doubles as the spinning mechanism.
So when you get your Prima Sugarina, you'll remove the plastic wrap, take off the candy wrapper base, and very quickly use both hands to separate the halves of the candy wrapper and reveal the spinning Sugarina.
These little dolls are basically tops, and their colorful skirts look really cool when they're spinning. A collector's guide helps you identify your Sugarina's name and whether she's popular, rare, or legendary. There's even one ultra rare Prima Sugarina.
These are really cute, from the candy wrapper packaging to the sweets-themed decorations of each character. We like that the spinning trick can be done over and over again. There might be a learning curve to that feature, though. We think the trick for the best spin is to open up the candy wrapper container very quickly. The dolls might not spin perfectly every time, but that's kind of part of the fun. Grab a friend and see whose Prima Sugarina can spin the longest. The more you collect, the more dancers you'll have in your ballet.
Prima Sugarinas are for ages 6 and up.
There are 25 to collect in series 1.
