Jabber Balls Review (Sankyo Toys)

Jabber Balls
What It Is

Jabber Balls have a silly surprise when you give them a squeeze. These squishy, rubbery balls stick out their tongues and make a squeaky sound when you squeeze them. But they aren't just plain balls. Jabber Balls come in 45 different color and style options, from bears and unicorns to aliens.

The original Jabber Balls come in cat, bear, bunny, and dog styles. And you can get them in pink, yellow, green, or blue. They've got little legs that help them stand upright and big-eyed facial expressions. Each one is about four inches in diameter.

These balls also come in Neon Jabber Ball versions of bright orange, electric blue, neon pink, and bright green. Cat, bear, bunny, and dog styles are available.

And if you want a different animal, there are Jabber Unicorn and Jabber Dogs versions. The unicorn is white with a yellow horn and multi-colored hair. And there are two dogs to choose from, a chihuahua and a pug. These also stick out their tongues and make silly sounds when you squeeze them.

Jabber Ball Jrs are smaller in size (around three inches in diameter) and come in the same animal and color options. Each one has a clip on top so you can jibber jabber with your squishy friend on the go.

Jabb-a-Boos are animal-shaped keychains that stand on their own and play peek-a-boo with you when you squeeze them. They'll still stick out their tongues and make a squeaky sound, but they'll also move their hands away from their eyes. You kind of have to squeeze hard to make that happen.

And then you have the Silly Alien toys that stand on their own in a pose that looks like they're ready to pounce. Give them a squeeze and watch their long tongues lash out. The harder you squeeze, the farther the tongue will go. These also make a squeaky noise. The Silly Aliens come in silver or glow-in-the-dark versions.

Is It Fun?

With so many different designs to choose from, there will be a Jabber Ball for everyone! And everyone will like squeezing these toys to see and hear the silly reactions. They look cute, and their rubbery texture makes them fun to squeeze and squish.
