OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

The Lookout Tower has been a central location in the world of PAW Patrol, and now it gets a new look thanks to the new Mighty Pups Super Paws season. The PAW Patrol Mighty Pups Super Paws Lookout Tower stands almost three feet tall and includes a Chase figure and his vehicle. But there is space for all six Mighty Pups, sold separately, on the light-up platform. There are also six zipline clips so that all six pups can zip down to their vehicles on the base. When you're ready for a mission, place a pup on the elevator platform and lift the lever to raise the elevator and release radar and Mighty Badge platforms. This also activates lights and sounds once you reach the top. Rotate the top and the telescope to reveal two mission control buttons. The left button activates pop-out mission screens, phrases, and music. The right button chooses a pup to complete the mission. That pup's badge will light up on the platform. Attach that pup to the zipline and send him or her down to the trap door to be loaded into the appropriate vehicle and launched off the tower's base. (The base doesn't rotate, so you'll need to move the appropriate pup's car to the launching station.)

Is It Fun?

PAW Patrol fans will like having the brand new Lookout Tower to play out the action and adventure from the new season of the show. This offers a slightly different play experience from the original PAW Patrol tower, with a transformation feature and added lights and sounds. However, we do wish the base continued to rotate to make launching the vehicles a little more seamless. Preschoolers probably won't mind the lack of rotating base. They'll be too busy launching the pups into all sorts of imaginative rescue missions.

Who It’s For

The PAW Patrol Mighty Pups Super Paws Lookout Tower is for PAW Patrol fans ages 3 and up.
