OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

Clean your pup's paws before they do on your rug, sofa or favorite chair with the Paw Plunger. The Paw Plunger is a portable dog paw washer that helps remove mud, dirt, salt, sand & more from your pet's paws and lower legs after walks or outside activity. The Paw Plunger features soft bristles that are removable for easy cleaning, a convenient handle, and wide no-spill opening and cover cap. The Paw Plunger works by filling it with warm water up to the top of the first row of bristles. Then gently place your dog's paw into its opening and moving the plunger up and down so that the bristles can wash away the dirt. After use, dry your dog's paws with a towel and pour away or empty out the dirty water.

Why Is It Useful?

To be honest, I am constantly washing my dog's paws after walks. New York City sidewalks aren't the cleanest if you know what I mean. So, I love that this product is saving me money on wipes, is gentler on my dog's paws, and is helping my back (I am bending over a lot less). I found the plunger very easy to use and I love that it's also easy to clean with its removable bristles. Likewise, my dogs, which are used to their paws being touched, didn't mind me using it on them. Over time, I didn't even use a towel after using the product since their paws weren't that wet after use. That being said, the bristles are pretty gentle so I don't know how much scrubbing and cleaning it does for really messy paws. Plus, overall the plunger is kind of bulky in general compared to other dog paw washers.

Who It’s For

It is important to note that the Paw Plunger is recommended for dogs that are not sensitive to having their paws touched. It is ideal for active dogs and their owners.

What To Be Aware Of
