Nursh Silicone Pouch Bottle 3-Pack, Storage Lids, and Nipples Review (Boon)

Nursh Silicone Pouch Bottle 3-Pack, Storage Lids, and Nipples
What It Is

Rethink baby bottles with the Nursh Silicone Pouch Bottles, Silicone Nipples, and Storage Lids. When used in tandem, these three products offer a new way to feed baby at home or on the go.

The Nursh Silicone Pouch Bottles, which TTPM originally reviewed last year, are now available in packs of three. Each eight-ounce bottle is made up of five pieces: a shell, a silicone pouch, a nipple collar, a silicone nipple, and a rounded cap. Much like baby bottle liners, the silicone pouch drops into the shell to provide air-free feeding. The pouch collapses as baby drinks, squeezing out air that can cause gas and colic. This also means that the milk only comes into contact with the silicone pouch and nipple. However, unlike traditional bottle liners, the silicone pouches are reusable and can easily be cleaned in the dishwasher.

The three-pack of Nursh bottles include stage 2 nipples, which are for ages 3 months and up. But you can separately purchase additional stage 1 or stage 3 nipples in packs of three. Stage 1 is for birth and up, while stage 3 is for ages 6 months and up. These nipples, which can be boiled or sterilized, are designed to mimic mom. That means they have an optimal nipple shape and length for an easier latch. This could help with breast to bottle transitioning.

And if you're looking for an easier way to store your breastmilk or homemade purees, just pop a Nursh Storage Lid on any Nursh bottle to turn the bottle into a storage container. You get three to a pack. The flat lid makes it easy to stack the bottles in the fridge or freezer, and you can even write the date on top so you always know which milk to use first.

Why Is It Useful?

We really like the design of the Nursh bottles and the reusability of the liners. It definitely offers benefits in terms of gas-free feeding and is one of the reasons TTPM named the Nursh bottles to its 2019 Best of Baby list. Getting three bottles in one pack, allowing the bottles to grow with baby through three nipple stages, and using the bottles for storage with the lids makes these bottles very convenient and easy to use.

Who It’s For

The eight-ounce Nursh bottles in the 3-pack are for ages 3 months and up, however, the Nursh nipples are available in three different stages to accommodate babies from birth and up.

What To Be Aware Of

The three-pack of bottles, three-pack of nipples, and three-pack of storage lids are sold separately.
