OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

If you're looking for a stroller that's compact but also functional, then you're looking for the Kooper. The Joovy Kooper is a full-size stroller with a compact fold that will get you through short trips, long trips, and general everyday use.

In terms of that fold, it can be done with one hand, and it's a tri-fold design that will fit in the trunks of even compact cars. Plus, it stands on its own when folded.

When you open it up, you've automatically got built-in storage for everything you need thanks to the underseat basket that can hold up to 15 pounds. There's also a mesh cup holder and zipper pocket to keep drinks and tiny essentials (keys, phone) within easy reach.

The reclining seat keeps babies comfortable but still gives you easy access to the storage basket. The leg rest even has three adjustable positions for more comfort. And if you pull out the water-repellant canopy, you'll provide UPF 50 sun protection. The extra-large canopy even has an optional zip-out portion for extended coverage. And a peek-a-boo window in the canopy lets you keep an eye on your kid. This also includes a drink and snack tray that can be removed for washing. But you don't have to remove the tray for folding.

Of course, other features include an adjustable, padded five-point safety harness with a soft and removable seat cover that is made with zero flame retardant chemicals. Linked parking brakes mean you only have to step on one brake to lock all the wheels. To unlock, push down on the back of the brake lever. (No scuffing shoes or hurting your toes.)

And if you purchase the separate car seat adapter, you can use this stroller with newborns.

The Kooper is available in six colors: blue, green, orange, black, cream, or gray.

Why Is It Useful?

This stroller is the perfect size for being on the go with baby no matter where you're going. It's kind of like getting an umbrella stroller and a traditional stroller in one. If you need a stroller that's lightweight but still sturdy and with plenty of storage, then you'll like the Kooper. And if you're looking to get a lot of use out of your everyday stroller, then you'll like the Kooper.

Who It’s For

The Kooper Stroller can be used with kids ages 3 months and up with a 55-pound weight limit. If you have the optional car seat adapter, it can be used with babies as young as birth and up.

What To Be Aware Of

The car seat adapter, as well as other accessories, are sold separately.

This stroller meets Disneyland and Disney World stroller size requirements.

It says it has a one-hand fold, and maybe ours just needed to be broken in a little more, but we found it tricky to fold with just one hand.
