Buzz Lightyear Talking Action Figure Review (shopDisney)

Buzz Lightyear Talking Action Figure
What It Is

The world's greatest superhero is now the world's greatest toy. The Buzz Lightyear Talking Action Figure reimagines the classic character just how you remember him. He's got a locking wrist communicator, karate chop action, a pulsating laser light, a multi-phrase voice simulator, and high pressure space wings.

If that reminds you of the Buzz Lightyear toy commercial from the first movie, then that's because it is. And all of those features that the original character came with are on this action figure! To activate the karate chop action, just press the button on the jet pack. For the pretend laser light, press the red button on Buzz's right arm. The blue, green, and red buttons on the front activate the phrases. There are more than 10 phrases and sounds. And the big red button pops out the wings. His visor opens up with the push of a button, too, and you can pose his arms, legs, head, feet, and hands. The action figure even comes in a throwback rocketship package. The only thing that's different about this toy from the original Buzz is that the bottom of his foot says "Bonnie" instead of "Andy".

If you have this Buzz figure and one of the other shopDisney Toy Story Talking Action Figures, such as Woody or Jessie, Buzz will interact with them. You'll be able to unlock a special phrase from Buzz.

Is It Fun?

This action figure delivers on everything that the original movie character/toy did. And that's going to be so cool for older fans and collectors. Of course, this action figure has a lot of playability for kids, and they'll like recreating favorite movie scenes or imagining their own space adventures.

Who It’s For

The Buzz Lightyear Talking Action Figure is for ages 3 and up.
