Lil' Gleemerz Glorange and Sungleem Review (Mattel)

Lil' Gleemerz Glorange and Sungleem
What It Is

Friendship just got a lot brighter with all-new Lil' Gleemerz characters. Just like the first series, the new lineup of interactive creatures features bushy light-up tails and big, glowing eyes. The Lil' Gleemerz will talk to you, dance with you, and play games with you. Collect neon bright Glorange and Sungleem, each sold separately, and pose their front paws and ears.

Get ready to play simply by touching the tail button, the back of the head, the forehead, or the nose. These four touchpoints activate a variety of different responses (more than 100 to discover) and lights. The nose is how you change through the three different modes of Hangout, Light Party, and Game.

Hangout mode is the default mode, and you can pet or tap its head and pinch its tail in different ways to activate responses, such as "Eat, sleep, gleem, repeat!", "Gleem power!", and farting.

In Light Party mode, your Lil' Gleemerz tail and eyes will flash to the beat of your clapping or whatever music you play. Pressing the tail button changes the light colors and pattern, and to change the direction of the light pattern, pet the head.

And there are three games to play in Game mode. In Catch the Kiss, you press the tail to "catch" green kisses but not red farts. In Tail Tennis, press the tail to bounce the green lights back and forth. And in Stop on the Spot, try to stop the red light on the green light in the center of the tail. The games get faster and faster as you progress through the different levels, and at the end of each game, your Lil' Gleemerz will tell you how you did.

Is It Fun?

We really liked the original Lil' Gleemerz and are glad to see them back in new bright colors and with the same fun interactive play. With multiple ways to play and so many reactions and lights, kids will have fun discovering all the different things their Lil' Gleemerz can do. These will engage kids in nurturing play, game play, active play, and so much more.

Who It’s For

The new Lil' Gleemerz are for ages 5 and up. They'll be great to add to a Lil' Gleemerz collection or a fun way to introduce the interactive play to new kids.

What To Be Aware Of
