OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

Fly around with Toothless right on your arm with the How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World Toothless Wrist Launcher. This dragon figure comes with an adjustable wrist strap so that kids can wear it, plus three foam projectiles that will launch from the dragon's mouth.

Strap the dragon to your wrist, insert a projectile into the dragon's mouth, use your other hand to pull back and then forward on the launching mechanism, and then press the button to launch the projectile. The projectiles can fly about eight or nine feet. There is storage on the side of the wristband for the other two projectiles.

You can also detach the wristband and extra projectile holders if you want to play with the dragon free-hand.

Is It Fun?

Kids who are fans of Toothless and the How to Train Your Dragon movies will enjoy pretending to fly Toothless all over and fight the bad guys. The projectiles don't fly super far, but we think that won't be a problem for the younger fans. This will just inspire a lot of imaginative roleplay for young dragon trainers.

Who It’s For

The Toothless Wrist Launcher is for fans of the movie ages 4 and up.

What To Be Aware Of

When launching, make sure that you pull back on the launch mechanism until it clicks and then push forward until you hear another click. Otherwise, the button won't launch the projectile.

It's a little hard to snap the wrist strap onto a wrist, so kids may need help from a parent to do that.

Don't fire the projectiles at people or animals.
