OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

Stacking toys are classic toys for babies to play with, and Fisher-Price introduces two new stackers with its Spinning Stackers and Unicorn Rock-a-Stack toys. Each is sold separately.

The Spinning Stackers set includes five colorful spinners that stack and balance on top of one another. The chunky size of each piece makes it easy for babies to grasp so they can stack them up and bat at the pieces to make them spin.

The Unicorn Rock-a-Stack doesn't spin but it does rock back and forth. And each time babies bat at the base, they'll hear it jingle. Each of the four colorful stacking rings offers a different texture for babies to explore: pink ribbed ring, bumpy yellow ring, smooth green ring, and soft blue ring. Stack the rings around the unicorn's head and try to get them from biggest to smallest.

Is It Fun?

Both of these toys are wonderful ways to promote the development of fine motor skills and curiosity. But each toy takes that classic play and adds a new twist, whether it's the spinning motion of the stackers or the tactile play of the rings. These are fun updated versions of Fisher-Price's classic stacker that will keep today's babies playing and exploring.

Who It’s For

Both of these stacking toys are for ages 6 months and up.

What To Be Aware Of

The soft blue ring on the unicorn toy is machine washable.
