OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

Get your friends and family ready for a laser tag party with the four-piece Laser Tag Set. Each of the four blasters is a different color, but you can change the team color and have two teams or three or four individual players. You also get to select the sound your laser blaster makes when you fire: pistol, shotgun, submachine gun, and rocket.

All you do is aim your blaster at your opponent's infrared target area. The blasters will vibrate when they've been "hit". The three lights on the side of each blaster indicate how much life you have left. If all three lights go out, you have to power off and power on your blaster to get back in the game.

Is It Fun?

With this set, you can start a laser tag battle right out of the box. It's easy to get a game set up, and kids will like the options of sound effects. It's a fun way for everyone to get active, whether you're playing indoors or outdoors.

Who It’s For

The Laser Tag Set is for ages 8 and up.

What To Be Aware Of

Each blaster requires four AA batteries, which are not included.

The instructions say these work at a distance of 130 feet, but that's really going to depend on other obstacles in the play area and whether or not you're aiming at the target area.
